Assistant Apartment Manager

Well-established Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a 255 unit property in Burbank. 9am-6pm Sunday – Thursday. Full time position with benefits.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with strong leasing skills and great customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent leasing skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Attention to detail, organized, and follow through on duties
Ability to work independently when needed
Supervision of maintenance employees
Must be computer literate (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
YARDI software experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
You will report directly to the on-site manager
